Get Down and Dirty at our Demolition Derby

Stearns County Fair is the place to see the action in Sauk Centre, MN

On just about every night of the Stearns County Fair, you'll hear the sounds of revving engines and colliding metal from our tractor pull and demolition derby. The Stearns County Fair's grandstand is always full of fans eager to watch cars bash away at each other, and there's ample spectator space for you to see all the mayhem.

3 things you need to know about demolition derbies

If you've never been to a demolition derby before, let a trip to our grandstand change that! Here are a few things about demolition derbies to get you ready for the fun:

  1. Most drivers use some sort of strategy to win first place, whether it's ramming into other cars with abandon or lying in wait to preserve their car for as long as they can.
  2. There are rules to the game. For example, it's usually against the rules to ram into the driver's door.
  3. You might want to bring a blanket - one that you don't mind getting dirty. Many people use blankets to shield themselves from the mud that could splash on them as the cars skid by.

Fall in love with demolition derbies by coming out to our fair this summer. Contact Community Connection of Sauk Centre for more details.
